This Mother’s Day, Omar Allibhoy’s authentic tapas bar in Newcastle invites guests to dine sharing style, with a complimentary Blood Orange and Cherry Royal Cocktail for every Mum when dining from the ‘De la Casa’ or ‘Del Chef’ set menus.

On Sunday 26th March, show your appreciation by spoiling your mother with a delicious sharing style menu and a complimentary Sparkling Cocktail  from Tapas Revolution’s new cocktail menu in collaboration with The Cocktail Trading Co. Choose from two of Tapas Revolution’s set menus for two: the ‘De La Casa’ menu available for £24, features the most popular choices including Calamares Fritos (deep fried squid with alioli) and Chorizo a la parilla(grilled smoked sausage, cider reduction, baby gem lettuce and bread) and the ‘Del Chef’ menu for £28 features Omar’s specialities including Torreznos con mojo dulce (crispy pork belly with sweet and spicy sauce) and Pulpo a la Gallega (steamed octopus with potatoes and pimentón paprika).

Top Spanish TV chef Omar Allibhoy brings a taste of the real Spain to Newcastle with Tapas Revolution. Dubbed the ‘Antonio Banderas of cooking’ by Gordon Ramsay, he’s a man on a mission to bring the joy of authentic tapas food to the UK. Tapas Revolution is Omar’s personal interpretation of the fun and bustling tapas bars in his hometown of Madrid. Omar and his team use only the finest Iberian ingredients sourced from small Artisan producers across Spain and freshly prepare all the dishes in-house.

The cocktail offer is only available on Sunday 26th March and when ordering from the De la Casa or Del Chef set menus.
