Toon in training: Magpies make a splash in Riyadh

Eddie Howe and his Newcastle United side trained again on Tuesday as preparations continue for Thursday's friendly against Al Hilal.

After some earlier gym work, United's travelling squad were back out on the grass at the Al Hilal Saudi Club Stadium, while the likes of Alexander Isak and Matt Ritchie continued to step up their recoveries from injury.

And there was even time for a post-training pool session as the Magpies players - including skipper Jamaal Lascelles, Allan Saint-Maximin and November's FUN88 player of the month Joe Willock - cooled off and took the opportunity to test out the diving boards.
