Joelinton received the Newcastle United Disabled Supporters Association's player of the year award at St. James' Park on Wednesday evening. The Brazilian was recognised for a fantastic 2021/22 campaign and has carried that form into the current season, with the Magpies currently fourth in the table. Previous winners of the award include Alan Shearer, Shay Given, Fabricio Coloccini and Callum Wilson.
