The teenage goalkeeper put pen to paper on his first professional contract with his boyhood club last summer.
Born in Ponteland, Brown made his competitive debut for United's second-string in this year's EFL Trophy away at League One Shrewsbury Town in September.
The shot-stopper played his junior football at Montagu Boys Club and Ponteland Juniors before joining United's Academy at the age of 14.
Brown, who identifies World Cup winning-captain Iker Casillas as his footballing idol, made his under-18s bow against Swansea City at the age of 15 and was a member of the youth squad which reached the SuperCupNI final in 2019.
