Following a successful trial with the Magpies, physical forward Isaac Westendorf put pen to paper on an 18-month contract with the Magpies.
Born in Germany to Ghanian parents, the powerful forward relocated to London at the age of 13 and spent last term plying his trade for Isthmian League North Division side Barking FC.
After netting two goals in four trial games for United's under-21s side last term, Westendorf signed his first professional contract and scored a further five times for Newcastle's second-string.
The young striker, fluent in three different languages, trained with the Magpies' first-team squad ahead of the 2022/23 season.
