Bid on poppy shirts worn against Chelsea

Supporters all over the world will be able to bid on the shirts worn in Newcastle United's game against Chelsea and raise funds for the Royal British Legion.

Football in the UK has once again come together to show its support for the Armed Forces community, with players across the country proudly wearing the poppy on their shirts for this year's Remembrance weekend.

Newcastle United will display the poppy - the enduring symbol of remembrance for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and also for those who continue to defend and improve our way of life today - against Chelsea at St. James' Park, having also done so in their 4-1 win at Southampton the previous weekend.

The matchworn shirts will be made available to purchase in a live auction straight from kick-off in both games, with proceeds going to the Royal British Legion.

Supporters can start bidding for their favourite shirt immediately from the first whistle. All poppy shirts will be personally signed by the relevant player after the match and will be offered unwashed - so all grass and mud stains will still be on them.

All bids made are inclusive of worldwide secured shipping and payment handling fee, with no hidden costs.

Bidding for the shirts worn against Chelsea will open at 5.30pm GMT on Saturday, 12th November and end at 4pm GMT on Sunday, 27th November. The auction for the Southampton shirts will end at 4pm GMT on Sunday, 20th of November and bids can be made here
