Please note there will be a £1.00 per ticket booking/admin fee if you are not a member. How do I buy an away match ticket?
Tickets for Newcastle United matches away from St. James' Park always go on sale to our season ticket holders first, with supporters holding the most loyalty points (one point is acquired upon each away ticket purchase) receiving priority.
Loyalty point thresholds are set in line with the anticipated popularity of the game to ensure our most frequent travellers are rewarded for their support with access to tickets.
Should availability remain following the season ticket holder priority, our members are given a priority period.
Should tickets remain available following this period, we may opt to put away tickets on general sale.
You can find out which tickets are on sale online at book.nufc.co.uk, by calling us on 0344 372 1892 or pop in and visit us at the St. James' Park Box Office (located in the Milburn Stand).
Please note there will be a £1.00 per ticket booking/admin fee if you are not a member. How much do tickets cost?
A season ticket offers the best value at St. James' Park, while members also receive 5% off individual match ticket prices and do not pay any fees related to the purchase.
Standard match ticket prices for 2020/21 matches will be confirmed soon.
Typically, individual tickets have started at around £27 for adults, £22 for seniors, £15 for young people aged 18-21 and £14 for juniors under the age of 18.
Cup tickets can be priced as low as £10 for adults and just £3 for juniors.
Under-23 fixtures are free to season ticket holders.
I've lost my ticket. What should I do?
Don't worry, we'll do our best to supply a duplicate ticket so that you don't miss the match.
Simply contact us by emailing boxoffice@nufc.co.uk, call us on 0344 372 1892 or call in at the St. James' Park Box Office in the Milburn Stand.
Please note that the following fees may apply for lost or forgotten season cards and match tickets:
Replacement smartcard: first replacement £5, subsequent replacements £10 each.
Replacement match ticket: £2.50 per ticket.
Stolen tickets will be replaced free of charge if a crime number is provided.
Why do home ticket prices for cup fixtures sometimes rise on a matchday?
We often incentivise supporters to buy their tickets at a lower price ahead of matchday. This is to reduce the large, unnecessary queues at turnstiles and collection windows that have resulted in fans missing kick-off at previous cup fixtures.
Are there any booking fees?
Please note that there will be a £1.00 per ticket booking/admin fee if you are not a member.

Away tickets
Open
How many away tickets can a season ticket holder/member purchase?
Season ticket holders and members are entitled to purchase one away match ticket.
Away tickets go on sale to season ticket holders in the first instance, beginning with a priority period for season ticket holders with a higher number of loyalty points.
This threshold reduces in line with demand, with tickets eventually going on sale to all season ticket holders, subject to availability.
Should there be tickets remaining after this time, members can purchase one away match ticket on a first come first served basis.
How do I get loyalty points?
Each time you purchase an away match ticket using your relevant supporter number, we will automatically add one loyalty point to your account.
Please note that loyalty points are awarded during the season ticket holder/member priority period and not when tickets are purchased on general sale.
You can view your loyalty points on your Personal Details page when logged in at book.nufc.co.uk. This is our new ticketing site for the 2018/19 season and you can read about what's changed, here.
I haven’t received my away ticket. Will I still be able to attend the game?
Yes, we will do our utmost to ensure you can still attend the game.

Please call 0344 372 1892 and choose option 1, followed by option 2, then option 1.

Yes. To do so, you must amend your travel group prior to purchasing your ticket.
Please call in to the St. James' Park Box Office, call 0344 372 1892 or email us via boxoffice@nufc.co.uk.

You need to be in receipt of certain benefits or meet certain criteria.
More detailed information on eligibility can be found here.
How much are disabled tickets?
We currently offer disabled supporters half price tickets for their relevant price band, with the possible provision of a free place for a carer/personal assistant.
For more information, please call our dedicated disability support number on 0191 201 8457 or email disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk.
How can I buy tickets for disabled supporters?
To better understand your needs and to tailor matchday to you, we offer a dedicated disability support number and email address.
Please call 0191 201 8457 to book tickets or email disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk for information.
The current capacity of St. James' Park is 52,354 of which 160 seats are allocated as wheelchair spaces. A large proportion of these seats are used by season ticket holders, however, a number of wheelchair spaces are available on a game by game, first come first served basis.
Wheelchair spaces can be bought online at book.nufc.co.uk for home matches when available, marked as 'WHL' and 'WHC' rows on the seat-picker.
How much is a ticket for my carer?
If you qualify for a carer/personal assistant place and are aged 13 or over, the additional place will be provided free of charge.
I’m under 13, why can’t I have a free carer?
In accordance with club policy, all children under the age of 13 years have to be accompanied by an adult whilst attending the stadium.
The adult is in a position to care for the needs of the child; for example, if the child becomes unwell whilst at the stadium the adult would be in a position to summon assistance from stewarding/ medical staff present.
This in effect means that an adult bringing a child under 13 years to our stadium, whether the child is able bodied or disabled, should be a full price paying adult acting as the child’s carer.
Not to charge the adult would in effect be to be less favourable (i.e. discriminatory) to adults accompanying non disabled children, fulfilling the same role as carer for their child.
I am a wheelchair user. Where can I sit at St. James' Park?
We are pleased to offer wheelchair spaces in a wide range of areas of the stadium, with the added provision of a seat for an accompanying carer/personal assistant subject to qualifying criteria.
If you are a visiting supporter attending a match at St. James' Park, we offer disabled access to Level 7 of the Leazes End to ensure you can watch the action with supporters of your own club. These spaces are allocated by the visiting club as per their established ticket sales process.
If we can assist you, please call our dedicated disability support number on 0191 201 8457 or email us via disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk.
I am disabled but can walk. Do I have to sit in a designated area?
Ambulant disabled supporters are welcome to sit in any standard seating area at St. James' Park.
If you have specific mobility challenges, we will be happy to assist in recommending specific seating areas to suit your individual needs.
Please call our dedicated disability support number on 0191 201 8457 or email disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk.
I have disabled ticket and free personal assistant place but I can't attend. Can my personal assistant still go to the match?
Yes, we will be happy to upgrade the carer/personal assistant's ticket to an adult ticket.
To do so, please call our dedicated disability support number on 0191 201 8457 or email disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk.
Can I give my tickets to someone who is not disabled if I can't attend?
The Box Office will be happy to assist with this and a charge to upgrade the ticket to your individual circumstances will be levied.
