With just seven minutes remaining, Adam Berry's strike looked to have earned all three points for the visitors - but Thompson's timely intervention with just a minute left on the clock rescued a draw for Graeme Carrick's youngsters, who remain 11th in the Under-18 Premier League's Northern section.
